CONCIERGE SERVICE!  Starting at $5,000

This is our most comprehensive package.  This package is designed for the client who wants us to take full-reign–from concept to completion!  All you have to do is show up and say, "I DO!" This package includes:

  • Once a month in-person planning meetings, two event location visits, and unlimited support via email, text, video conference, or telephone conference. 

  • Custom wedding website (1-year subscription).

  • Private inspiration | idea board.

  • Personalized budget planning meeting that encompasses your ideas with regards to style and design. 

  • Vendor referral/recommendation and negotiation.

  • The styling of the event from invitation selection to floral design and all aspects to create the look and feel.

  • Create an event-day timeline and handle event-day details from start to finish (up to eight consecutive hours).

  • Send invitations and RSVP management (client is responsible for postage).

  • Setup hotel accommodations and room blocks for guests.

  • Accompany client to food and cake tasting (per client's request).

  • Send confirmations, directions, and "schedule of events" to vendors.

  • Arrange and facilitate rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and mail invitations to rehearsal events (the client is responsible for postage).

  • Complimentary stationery suite including invitations, programs, menu cards and escort cards (up to 100 pieces each).

  • Three team members at your disposal on the event day.

  • Event decor setup.

  • Design and produce four custom signs and seating arrangement.

PLANNING SERVICE!  Starting at $2,500

This package is designed for the client who needs preliminary planning assistance and someone to oversee the management of their event day. We are with you every step of the way. This package includes:

  • Two in-person planning meetings, one event location visit, and unlimited support via email, text, video conference, or telephone conference. 

  • Personalized budget planning meeting that encompasses your ideas with regards to style and design. 

  • Vendor referral/recommendation.

  • Create an event-day timeline and handle event-day details from start to finish (up to eight consecutive hours).

  • Send confirmations, directions, and "schedule of events" to vendors.

  • Facilitate rehearsal and event day execution.

  • Complimentary programs, menu cards or escort cards (up to 100 pieces).

  • Three team members at your disposal on the event day.

This package is designed for the client who has planned their entire event but would like someone to oversee the management of their event day.  Thirty days prior to the event day, the client passes us the baton and off we go. This package includes:

  • One in-person planning meeting, one event location visit, and 30-day support via email, text, video conference, or telephone conference. 

  • Create an event-day timeline and handle event-day details from start to finish (up to eight consecutive hours).

  • Send confirmations, directions, and "schedule of events" to vendors.

  • Facilitate rehearsal and event day execution.

  • Two team members at your disposal on the event day.

  • Event decor setup.

  • Design and produce seating arrangement.

  • Complimentary Snap Chat filter or GOBO lighting design.

DAY OF COORDINATION SERVICE! $650

Go time! This package is designed for the client who has planned their entire event but would like someone to oversee the flow of the wedding rehearsal, the wedding ceremony, and the reception. This package includes:

  • A two-hour teleconference planning meeting, one event location visit, and 30-day support via email, text, video conference, or telephone conference.

  • Create an event-day timeline and handle event-day details (up to six consecutive hours).

  • Facilitate rehearsal and event day execution.  

  • Two team members at your disposal on the event day.

Refer/Vet the best vendors for you based on your needs and your budget. Our services will conclude upon completion of selecting wedding vendors.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT! $175

This package is designed for the crafty/hands-on client who has a vision but needs a little assistance with ideas on how to give their special event a more personal touch.  This package includes:

  • A two-hour teleconference planning meeting and 30-day support via text leading up to event day.

  • Create an event-day timeline and handle event-day details from start to finish.

  • Design three custom signs (the client is responsible for printing).


REHEARSAL DINNER! $150
You may be too busy planning your wedding so let us plan your rehearsal dinner. We will pick the location based on your budget, food selection, and your required seating.


A'LA CARTE SERVICE
Any service can be requested individually and billed at a rate of $100/hour.
