SPECIAL EVENT | CORPORATE EVENT SERVICES


CONCIERGE SERVICE!  $4500+

This is our most comprehensive package.  This package is designed for the client who wants us to take full-reign–from concept to completion of the production!  We are able to provide just about WHATEVER services the client request. This package includes:

  • Bi-weekly in-person planning meetings, two event location visits, and unlimited support via email, text, video conference, or teleconference 24-hours
  • Personalized budget planning meeting that encompasses your ideas with regards to style and design
  • Vendor referral/recommendation and negotiation
  • ​Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by the Catering Manager
  • Create an event-day timeline and handle event-day details from start to finish (up to twelve consecutive hours) and distribute to all vendors
  • Setup hotel accommodations and room blocks for guests
  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
  • Communicate and manage banquet staff and other secured vendors regarding setups and compliance of floor plans
  • Communicate to vendors, the venue’s policies and procedures for set-up and strike times
  • The styling of the event from invitation selection to floral design and all aspects to create the look and feel
  • Custom website (1-year subscription) to capture guest RSVPs
  • Provide up to 100 invitations/fliers
  • Send invitations and RSVP management (client is responsible for postage)
  • ​Assist with set up of decor, seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, programs, marketing/meeting materials, parting favors, etc.
  • Act as ushers in seating guests and distributing programs, marketing/meeting materials, parting favors, etc.
  • Facilitate the flow of events/act at an emcee
  • Includes 1-3 Team Members on the wedding day, based on guest headcount


PLANNING SERVICE!  $1500+

This package is designed for the client who needs preliminary planning assistance and someone to oversee the management of their event day. We are with you every step of the way. This package includes:

  • Two in-person planning meetings, one event location visits, and unlimited support via email, text, video conference, or teleconference
    • 1st meeting- Review all the vendor contracts provided by Client and produce a minute-by-minute timeline of the wedding day
    • 2nd meeting- Final detail meeting with the client, meet at the venue if available
  • Personalized budget planning meeting that encompasses your ideas with regards to style and design
  • Vendor referral/recommendation
  • ​Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by the Catering Manager
  • Create an event-day timeline and handle event-day details from start to finish (up to eight consecutive hours) and distribute to all vendors

MONTH OF COORDINATION SERVICE!  $750+

This package is designed for the client who has planned their entire event but would like someone to oversee the management of their event day.  Thirty days prior to the event day, the client passes us the baton and off we go. This package includes:

  • One in-person planning meeting, one event location visit, and 30-day support via email, text, video conference, or teleconference
  • ​Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by the Catering Manager
  • Create an event-day timeline and handle event-day details from start to finish (up to eight consecutive hours) and distribute to all vendors
  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
  • Communicate and manage banquet staff and other secured vendors regarding setups and compliance of floor plans
  • Communicate to vendors, the venue’s policies and procedures for set-up and strike times
  • ​Assist with set up of decor, seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, programs, marketing/meeting materials, parting favors, etc.
  • Act as ushers in seating guests and distributing programs, marketing/meeting materials, parting favors, etc.
  • Facilitate the flow of events
  • Includes 1-2 Team Members on the wedding day, based on guest headcount (additional team member can be secured for $50)


DAY OF COORDINATION SERVICE! $450+

It's Go Time! This package is designed for the client who has planned their entire event but would like someone to oversee the management of their event day.  On event day, pass the baton to us and off we go. This package includes:

  • One week support via email, text, video conference, or teleconference
  • Handle event-day details from start to finish (up to eight consecutive hours)
  • ​Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by the Catering Manager
  • Communicate and manage banquet staff and other secured vendors regarding setups and compliance of floor plans
  • ​Assist with set up of decor, seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, programs, marketing/meeting materials, parting favors, etc.
  • Act as ushers in seating guests and distributing programs, marketing/meeting materials, parting favors, etc.
  • Facilitate the flow of events
  • ​Includes 1-2 Team Members on the wedding day, based on guest headcount (additional team member can be secured for $50)


VIRTUAL ASSISTANT! $175

This package is designed for the crafty/hands-on client who has a vision but needs a little assistance with ideas on how to give their special event a more personal touch.  This package includes:

  • A two-hour teleconference planning meeting and 30-day support via text leading up to event day
  • Create an event-day timeline to encompass event-day details from start to finish
  • Design wedding invitation, program, menus, table numbers and custom signs (the client is responsible for printing)


A'LA CARTE SERVICE

Any service can be requested individually and billed at a rate of $50/hour.
